TeamworkNation provides the TeamSparks curriculum and mentor training that power the Teamworks program — an SRVEF initiative connecting SRVUSD high school student leaders with elementary students for hands-on, team-based learning.
Teamworks is a program run by the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation (SRVEF) that recruits high school students from across SRVUSD to serve as mentors to elementary school students in the district. These student mentors lead younger learners through interactive, team-based challenges that build collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
TeamworkNation's role is to provide the engine behind those sessions: our TeamSparks curriculum — a library of hands-on challenges available through our online platform — along with a complete set of video tutorials and training materials that prepare every high school mentor to facilitate with confidence.

Through the Teamworks program, SRVEF recruits high school students from across the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. These students apply and are selected to lead as mentors to elementary school students in the district.
srvef.org/teamworks →TeamworkNation supplies the complete TeamSparks curriculum — a growing library of hands-on, team-based challenges designed for elementary-aged learners. Every challenge is ready to run with clear instructions, materials lists, and facilitation guides.
Every Teamworks mentor is prepared through TeamworkNation's training program — a set of video tutorials and resources that teach facilitation skills, team-building skills, and how to lead each TeamSparks challenge effectively.
Our contribution to the Teamworks program focuses on two pillars: the content mentors deliver and the training that prepares them to deliver it.
