Community Leadership: TeamSparks in the San Ramon Valley

TeamworkNation provides the TeamSparks curriculum and mentor training that power the Teamworks program — an SRVEF initiative connecting SRVUSD high school student leaders with elementary students for hands-on, team-based learning.

Building Leaders Through Mentorship

The Teamworks program by SRVEF.

Teamworks is a program run by the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation (SRVEF) that recruits high school students from across SRVUSD to serve as mentors to elementary school students in the district. These student mentors lead younger learners through interactive, team-based challenges that build collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.

TeamworkNation's role is to provide the engine behind those sessions: our TeamSparks curriculum — a library of hands-on challenges available through our online platform — along with a complete set of video tutorials and training materials that prepare every high school mentor to facilitate with confidence.
